企业社会责任是企业参与社会治理、创造社会综合价值的重要实践。高管团队断裂带是影响其履行效果的重要因素,表现为高管团队断裂程度越强,企业社会责任越低。而企业数字治理和媒体治理的增强,有利于缓解高管团队断裂带对企业社会责任的消极影响。数字治理、媒体治理对断裂带的缓解作用分别会因数字化口径、媒体情绪和企业社会责任类型存在异质性。因此,政府应引导企业重视高管团队的建设、治理,积极推动企业内外部治理变革,采取政策推进企业数字化转型、完善外部监督机制,实现企业与社会互惠共赢、可持续发展。
